Q. SHOULD I REPAIR OR REPLACE A BROKEN DOWN APPLIANCE?
A. A broken appliance leaves you with two choices. You can schedule professional appliance repair and try to avoid the cost of a new machine. Or you can let your stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer, or refrigerator go and buy a new one as your budget allows.
The key to this dilemma is that every appliance has an average expected lifetime. If your broken appliance is only a couple of years old, we will almost always recommend a service call and repairs. But, when the appliance is well past its expected service lifetime, and when it has been having recurring problems, we commonly recommend replacing it and getting a new one that is within your means.

Q. WHAT IS YOUR GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY?
A. For both parts and labor, we provide you with a warranty. When we replace a damaged part we use the correct manufacturer part for the job. When we install the right parts for GE, Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Sub-Zero, LG, Frigidaire, Kenmore, and other major appliance brands, this keeps your manufacturer warranty intact and, frankly, these are better parts that last longer. But, if any issue recurs after our technician leaves, call us right away and we will return free of charge.
Q. WILL YOU REPAIR THE APPLIANCE DURING YOUR FIRST SERVICE CALL?
A. Yes, we will about 95% of the time. We have kept track of this over the years and it is always our goal to fix thing quickly, efficiently, on the same day, and on a single visit. And, on the rare occasions when we need a second visit to complete the job, there is never a second service charge.
Q. WHAT IS THE TIMEFRAME FOR A SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT?
A. When you schedule a same-day repair service we give you a 2-3 hour window during which the repairman will come to your residence. We appreciate the value of your time and do our best to get there during the early part of the service window. But, when the previous appointment or repair runs longer than we expected, this “window” gives our technician enough time to get to your home on time. And, the technician will call 10-15 minutes before to their arrival.
